Meditation - solution to everyday stress
At first I though meditation was a thing only astrologers did, where you smell something funny and then allucinate, but - I have found this book called the Calm Technique - which is said to eliminate stress. The book says that I have to read it completely before performing this form of meditation. It is very interesting!
I'm going to stick to the book then include meditation in my daily schedule - see if it works then I'll tell you about it.
