On the Da Vinci Code

Good! I give it an A. Great acting, nice directing... close to the book, so it can't be bad. :0)

I enjoyed it, hope you did 2.

Pregnancy is the most beautiful time in a woman's life. However, I have heard a lot of women wishing men gave birth, thinking that it is a major hassle, a pain, a chore... But it isn't. To feel life, love, tenderness, frailty, strength; all at the same time, inside of you - is amazing. It makes you happy. It's a miracle. It's divine.

What was the last movie you saw?

The last movie I saw was Dragonfly. I love that movie. When it first came out and I saw the trailers, I thought it was like Sixth Sense or The Others (a ghostly suspense movie). The first time I saw it, I actually got a little freightened sometimes; but now that I know what it's going on and what is the message the wife is trying to send her husband from beyond, I get all excited. I love the ending, I think it's the biggest, most wonderful surprise. If you haven't seen it, watch it. I give it a 4.4 / 5.0, hehe.

The DaVinci Code Movie

There are a few movies that are worth waiting for, e.g. Star Wars (1-6), Harry Potter (1-4) and The DaVinci code. Got to say I am little disappointed in the cast. Tom Hanks, although one of the best actors out there, is not the sexy professor I had in mind. I was more on the line of a Harrisson Ford kind of guy. Although, got to say, there is nothing that he cannot do. But Audrey Tautou? Definitely not the Sophie I had envisioned. I think she looks too sweet. Is she even a red head? (She had to be, right?) Can't remember. Read the novel a long time ago. Wouldn't have chosen Alfred Molina as the bishop either. Like him, but not for this. Would have liked CiarĂ¡n Hinds. I am a big fan.

However, the villains (especially Sir Leigh Teabing, Bezu Fache and Silas), the inspector and the movie director are excellent choices.

Overall, I am afraid that the movie won't live up to my expectations. I loved the book. Hope I love the movie too!

Can't wait for May 19!!!
